Penis lengthening (Phalloplasty) amp; increasing penis circumference by transferring
your own fat
During the surgery, the penis is first lengthened, the doctor releases the penis ligaments
which are attached to the pubic bone. This procedure will enable the penis to extend outside
the body by approximately 2-3 cms and thus create the impression of a longer penis. During
this surgery, the angle between the body and the root of the penis changes.
Afterwards, a fat transfer is performed: the surgen will perform a liposuction on another part
of the client’s body and the harvested fat, after purifying, is applied via tiny incisions along the
shaft of the penis. This will increases the the penis‘ girth. The effect is primarily aesthetic,
because the transferred fat does not replace the function of the erectile bodies, and during
sexual intercourse, the increased girth is transferred into the length of the penis. If necessary,
hyaluronic acid is applied to the glans area to enlarge it.
Who is the surgery suitable for?
The treatment is suitable for men over 18 years of age. It is also necessary for the man to
have realistic expectations: the penis can only be lengthened by the length of the released
ligaments, which are inside the body. It is important that the man does not suffer from any
sexual dysfunction before the procedure.
How does the procedure go?
Before surgery
During the consultation, the client will agree with the surgen on the desired procedure –
penis lengthening, penis thickening (increase of girth) via fat transfer, or a combination of
both. The glans enlargement with hyaluronic acid may also be included. The surgery is
performed under general anaesthesia, it will be necessary to perform a pre-operative
examination.
Course of surgery and postoperative care
During the operation, from a small incision the surgeon will cut the ligaments attaching the
penis to the pubic bone and thus release its length from the body. At the same time, the
surgeon will harvest the fat, usually from the inner thighs or lower abdomen, which will further
enhance the optical effect of penis enlargement. Subsequently, the fat is purified in a special
device and applied in very small drops to the penis. As a rule, the client will spend 1 night after the surgery in the clinic’s ward. The pain is usually minimal. We recommend resting for 1-2 weeks. Sexual intercourse is possible 4 weeks after the surgery.
Important information
The result of the treatment is an increase in the circumference of the penis by up to 30%.
Since the fat is partially absorbed after the first application, it is advisable to repeat the fat
transfer once more for greater effect.
